  • With all new clients, we start with an initial in-depth discovery and review. This helps us surface the key issues that need to be addressed and prioritised to enable your business to reach its full potential and maximise its Enterprise Value.

  • Once we’ve reviewed your business, we develop a bespoke 100 Day Plan. The plan is a prioritised roadmap that solves any issues and builds a robust foundation to start our strategic journey at Board level. Through the 100 Day Plan, we facilitate deep dives across the key business areas to help influence and develop robust financial principles, protocols and procedures at an operational level.

  • The next stage of the journey is to stabilise the financial management of the business. During this stage, we will develop, document and implement your in-depth financial strategy and continue to develop solid foundations for sustainable growth. Together we increase profitability, improve cash flow, recalibrate the reporting and give you the oversight that you need to benefit from robust financial management.

  • Xero and other cloud-based finance tools are being used to create historic Management Accounts. But, today’s businesses need something more. Our solution integrates with your Xero account, to give you a more comprehensive, data-driven way of looking forwards and forecasting.

    Jonathan’s management accounting model enables us to provide key management performance data on the first of every month that looks back at the prior month, and also forecasts forwards and develops a clear picture of the future. Helping you understand your business’ finances and plan ahead.

    NOTE: We’re Xero specialists, and recommend that our Clients use this system. However, we work with several other finance platforms, including Quickbooks and Sage.

    Our solution is to tailor our reporting to the specific needs of the Business and supplement these reports with a well thought through real-time Dashboards presenting data in a way that is clear and understandable.
